At GANT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items. Simply return your products in their original packaging with all tags attached for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a similar durable container, ensuring all original garment tags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, removing any old tracking labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
